DSC Ventures Group is a Maryland-based consulting firm serving small businesses, entrepreneurs, and growing companies across the DMV — operating through specialized solutions that deliver real operational support where it's needed most.
Founded in 2026, DSC was built on a simple observation — that small business owners spend more time fighting their own tools than serving their customers. Broken POS systems. Outdated websites. Photography that doesn't sell the work. Networks that drop calls during the dinner rush. The list goes on.
We exist to take those problems off the table. Each solution specializes in one domain so you never pay for capabilities you don't need, and every engagement is backed by the parent company — one accountable team, start to finish.
The Founder
Stephen DesLauriers founded DSC Ventures Group after years of seeing the same operational gaps inside the businesses he worked with — gaps that weren't being filled by oversized agencies or under-equipped freelancers.
A Maryland-based entrepreneur with a background spanning technology, hospitality, and brand development, he built DSC as the kind of firm he wished had existed when he was on the other side of the table — practical, specialized, and accountable to the work.
Outside of DSC, he documents his own climb through Crafted to Climb, a personal cycling and lifestyle channel that runs separate from the firm itself.
